Many of the individual cultivators, who participate in the ON-LINE FARMERS MARKET FOR QUALIFIED PATIENTS, provided cannabis products as "producing members" of cannabis dispensaries operating under California's SB 420 Medical Marijuana Program from 2003 to 2018.
QUALIFYING CULTIVATORS FOR PARTICIPATION IN FARMERS MARKET
To participate in the FARMERS MARKET cultivators are required to obtain the approval of the California Association of Medical Cannabis Cultivators (CAMCC), a nonprofit Association of cultivators who cultivate of behalf of Qualified Patients. The Association is responsible for establishing the policies and procedures for the Farmers Market, ensuring compliance with the State Regulations, and product testing.
To participate in the Farmers Market, the cultivator's reasonable compensation cannot exceed $6.00 per gram for dried and cured cannabis flowers.

To contact a cultivator in the ON-LINE Farmers Market, a Department of Public Health (DPH) ID Card is required. If you do not have a DPH ID Card, the MCC will assist you in obtaining a DPH ID Card On-line.
