The most affordable access to cannabis is to grow your own. California SB 94 Regulations authorize residents to grow up to six (6) cannabis plants. However, most qualified patients are unable to cultivate their own cannabis.
To assist qualified patients, the Regulations authorize an individual to cultivate cannabis on behalf of a qualified patient and receive reasonable compensation. SEC. 137. Section 11362.765 (3) of the Health and Safety Code.
For many patients the cost for cannabis, provided by State licensed retail facilities, is prohibitively high. Independent Cultivators provide a more affordable access to cannabis for medicinal use.
The MCC teaches a weekly Cultivation Class that demonstrates how an individual, with no prior cannabis cultivation experience, can produce one (1) pound every two (2) months with the MCC 6-Plant Indoor Cultivation System.
The 6-Plant Indoor Cultivation System is set up at the MCC Educational Center, at 52 N. Mentor Ave in Pasadena, and is used to teach the System.
MCC Cultivation Instructors provide on-going cultivation support for the individuals who are using the System to cultivate for qualified patients.

The MCC insures the product is tested for purity, packaged/labeled and delivered to the patient.
