The California Association of Medical Cannabis Cultivators (CAMCC) is a nonprofit Association of individual cannabis cultivators who cultivate on behalf of Qualified Patients.
The purpose CAMCC is to provide an ON-LINE Farmers Market venue that supports the compliant implementation of SEC. 137. Section 11362.765, of the Health and Safety Code (HSC), that authorizes individual cultivators to provide cannabis products on behalf of Qualified Patients for reasonable compensation.

CULTIVATOR LISTING FEE
The cost for a Cultivator "featured" Listing in the Farmers Market is a $100 per month.
TYPES OF FARMERS MARKET PRODUCTS and SERVICES
To participate in the Farmers Market, the cultivator’s reasonable compensation cannot exceed $6.00 per gram for dried and cured cannabis flowers.
DPH ID CARD
Qualified Patients who participate in the Market are required to have a valid Department of Public Health (DPH) Medical Marijuana Patient ID Card. The DPH ID Card verifies the authenticity of the physician approval and gives the Qualified Patients a sales tax exemption.
The CAMCC Patient Services assists patients in obtaining the DPH Patient ID Card ON-LINE.
The CAMCC Board of Directors established 4 Committees to manage the Farmers Market:
Policies and Procedures
The Board appoints the Chairperson for each Committee. Farmers Market cultivators are required to serve on at least one (1) Committee.
GROW SITE INSPECTION
Cultivators agree to inspection of their grow site, by a representative of the CAMCC Compliance Committee, to ensure compliance with SEC. 137. Section 11362.765 of the Health and Safety Code.
Cultivators agree to comply with the product testing requirement establish by the CAMCC Product Safety/Testing Committee
Qualified Patients place orders directly with the cultivator.
Most cultivators provide Delivery Service.
Qualified Patients and Cultivators may file a Complaint with the Patient Services Committee. The Committee is responsible for documenting the Complaint and forwarding the Complaint to the Compliance Committee.
California SB 577 Regulations, regarding individuals who provide health care services that are considered Alternative and Complementary Medicine (CAM), require CAM Practitioners to provide a Disclosure Statement that is signed by the Qualified Patient.
DISQUALIFICATION OF CULTIVATOR
Failure to follow the Policies and Procedures established by the Association will result in disqualification from participation in the Farmers Market.
WEEKLY ON-LINE CAMCC MEETING
The Association holds a weekly ON-LINE meeting. The meeting agenda includes Farmers Market Committee reports and recommendations from participating cultivators.
