CALIFORNIA MEDICAL CANNABIS CULTIVATORS (CMCC)
The Medical Cannabis Farmer Market is sponsored by the California Medical Cannabis Cultivators (CMCC), a nonprofit Association of cannabis cultivators who cultivate on behalf of Qualified Patients for reasonable compensation.
The purpose of the CMCC is to support the compliant implementation of SEC. 137. Section 11362.765, of the Health and Safety Code (HSC), that authorizes individual cultivators to provide cannabis products on behalf of Qualified Patients for reasonable compensation.
The CMCC is responsible for
1. Ensuring cultivators are compliant with the State Regulations
2. Establishing the Policies and Procedures for the Farmers Market
3. Product Testing
CMCC POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
I. Participation in the Farmers Market as a Cultivator requires the following:
A. A working cultivation site that is compliant with SEC. 137. Section 11362.765 of the Health and Safety Code (HSC)
B. Membership in the CMCC (no cost)
C. CMCC "Compliance Approval"
D. $100 per month Listing Fee

D. Patient Services
The Board appoints a Chairperson for each Committee. Farmers Market cultivators are required to serve on at least one (1) Committee.
III. Approved Products and Services for Farmers Market
A. dried and cured cannabis flowers
B. trim/shake
C. cannabis oil
D. topicals
E. cultivation instruction
F. clones
G. seeds
IV. Reasonable Compensation
The cultivator’s reasonable compensation for products is the wholesale price.
V. Grow Site Compliance
Cultivators agree to cooperate with the CMCC Compliance Committee, to ensure compliance with SEC. 137. Section 11362.765 of the Health and Safety Code.
VI. Product Testing
Cultivators agree to comply with the product testing requirement establish by the CMCC Product Testing Committee
VII. Product Orders and Sales
All transactions are directly between the Qualified Patient (or Patient's Primary Caregiver) and the cultivator.
VIII. Delivery Services
Most cultivators provide Delivery Services.
IX. Complaints
Qualified Patients and Cultivators may file a Complaint with the Patient Services Committee. The Committee is responsible for documenting the Complaint and forwarding the Complaint to the Compliance Committee.
X. CMCC Meetings
CMCC meeting are held on the First Monday of the Month at 12:00 pm via Zoom. The meeting agenda includes Farmers Market Committee reports and recommendations from participating cultivators.
